Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle for your first class. If you have a gi or other training gear, feel free to bring it, but beginners are welcome to start without equipment. Our coaches will help your child feel comfortable and ready to train.
Yes. Gremlin Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness offers kids wrestling classes led by Coach Nuf, head coach of Dark Cloud Wrestling and Gremlin’s wrestling program. Classes help kids develop takedowns, balance, coordination, conditioning, and strong grappling fundamentals in a fun and structured environment.
Yes. Boxing classes are included with select kids memberships at Gremlin Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness. Our program helps kids build confidence, coordination, discipline, fitness, and boxing fundamentals in a safe and structured environment.
For most beginners, we recommend kids train twice a week to help them learn consistently without getting burned out. The goal is to keep training fun while building confidence, discipline, and strong fundamentals. Kids who want to train more are welcome to attend up to four kids classes each week
