Our boxing classes focus on proper stance, footwork, balance, defense, and punching mechanics. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, improving your Jiu-Jitsu or MMA, or simply learning something new, our program helps students build confidence and real striking skills in a safe, supportive environment. Beginners are always welcome.


Train under coaches with experience in professional MMA, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our coaching staff continues to develop their skills through training and mentorship with respected fighters and coaches, including Allan Green and BKB champion LT “Smash” Nelson.
